高性能混凝土骨料数量效应研究

摘    要:采用正交试验方法,研究了水胶比、骨灰比、砂率等指标对各龄期高性能混凝土抗压强度和28d氯离子渗透性的影响,研究结果表明,骨料的数量效应非常显著,即骨灰比和砂率的大小对于高性能混凝土强度和氯离子渗透性的影响比较大,水胶比、骨灰比和砂率对高性能混凝土强度入氯离子渗透性的影响顺序相同,但影响程度不一样,骨灰比和砂率对高性能混凝土早期强度的影响小于对后期强度的影响,对于28d抗压强度,水灰比、骨灰比和砂率均有各自最佳取值。

The quantity effects of aggregate of High-Performance-Concrete
Abstract:By the approach of orthogonal experiment,the effects of ratios of water binder,aggregate binder,and sand aggregate on the compressive strength at different age and the resistance to chloride ion were investigated.The results showed that the quantity effects of aggregate are very notable,that is to say,the effects of the ratios of aggregate binder,and sand aggregate on the compressive strength and the resistance to chloride ion are very notable.The sequence of effects of ratios of water binder,aggregate binder,and sand aggregate on the compressive strength is the same as that on the resistance to chloride ion,but the magnitude of effects is not the same.The effects of the ratios of aggregate binder,and sand aggregate on the compressive strength is smaller at early age than at long age.For the compressive strength at the age of 28 day,the ratios of water binder,aggregate binder,and sand aggregate have the most optimizing value respectively.
