摘    要:研究以苯基荧光酮为显色体系,测定钢样中的钛(Ⅳ)。实验结果表明,在酸性介质中钛(Ⅳ)的最大吸收波长为535 nm,含量在0~10μg/25mL范围内符合比尔定律,其表观摩尔吸光系数ε_(535)=1.1×10~5 L/mol/cm,钢样的人工合成样中钛(Ⅳ)的平均回收率为101.4%,其相对标准偏差为2.10%。采用抗坏血酸和硫脲作为联合掩蔽剂消除干扰离子的影响,应用本方法测定38~#和45~#钢样中的钛(Ⅳ)。测定结果表明45~#和38~#钢样中钛(Ⅳ)的含量分别为0.0475%和0.0599%,它们的加标平均回收率分别为99.6%和100.3%。相对标准偏差分别为2.70%、2.56%。本方法选择性及准确性好,灵敏度高,简便易行。

Abstract:Ti(Ⅳ)in steel was determined by spectrophotometry using Benzfluorenone as coloration system in this article.The results indicated that in acid medium the maximum adsorption wavelength was 535nm.The apparent molar adsorption coefficient was 1.1×10~5L/mol/cm and following Beer's law when the linear range was 0~10μg/25mL.The average recovery rate of Ti(Ⅳ)in synthetic steel sample was 101.4%,and the relative standard deviation was 2.10%.Ascorbic acid and sulfourea solution were used as masking reagents to eliminate the effect of interference during the course of determination.The Ti(1V)in 38~# steel 45~# and steel were determined by this method.The containment of Ti(Ⅳ)were 0.0475% and 0.0599%.The average recovery rate were 99.6% and 100.3%.The relative standard deviation were 2.70% and 2.56%.This method is accurate,selective,sensitive and simple.
