| 摘 要： | 充分考虑负荷转移对检修计划可行性的影响,建立了考虑负荷转移的检修计划安全校核优化模型.该模型的目标函数为负荷转移量和切负荷量的加权平方和最小,约束方程以交流潮流模型为基础,包括考虑负荷转移和切负荷量的节点功率平衡方程以及支路传输功率、负荷转移和切负荷量等上、下限约束.基于该模型不仅可以判断检修计划的可行性,而且还能够给出负荷的转移方案,或者给出检修计划不可行时的调整方案,因而该模型对于检修计划的安全校核具有重要意义.采用半光滑牛顿法求解上述优化问题,并通过对IEEE 14节点系统的仿真分析验证了该方法的有效性.
