酒钢高炉喷煤的扩能改造

摘    要:由两座高炉年产生铁120万t,吨铁喷煤量最大140kg,需煤粉量20~22t/h扩能改造为两座高炉年产生铁210~230万t的能力,需煤粉量为50~55t/h,将制粉系统由一个系列(能力为26t/h)扩建成两个系列(能力为56t/h),煤粉输送采用浓相输送.

Abstract:For the annual output of 1.2 million tons of hot metal produced by two blast furnaces with a maximum 140 kg coal injection per ton of hot metal, 20-24 t/h of pulverized coal is required. After capacity expansion revamping, the annual output of hot metal by both BFs will reach 2.1-2.3 million tons and the quantity of pulverized coal will be increased up to 50-55 t/h accordingly. Thus, the pulverized coal preparation system shall be extended from one system to two systems with the rich-phase delivery technique.
