摘    要:本文研究了用溶胶-凝胶方法制备了KTa0.65Nb0.35O3超细粉末的凝胶化和热处理行为。探讨了影响溶胶凝胶形成的主要因素,包括水解水量,溶液浓度、催化剂的作用和环境温度。通过DTA和XRD分析对干凝胶在热处理过程中的结构转变进行了研究。同时,详细报道了组成为KTa0.65Nb0.35O3的焦绿石相和钙钛矿相的X射线粉末衍射数据。

Abstract:The gelation and heat- treatment of KTa0.65Nb0.35O3 synthesized by sol -gel process have been studied. The gels were prepared by adding an aqueous acetic aicd solution to a K-Ta - Nb complex alkoxide. A systematic discussion is made to examine the effects of process parameters such as amounts of water,molarity of alkoxide solution ,amount of acid,and temperature on the gelation time as well as on the appearance of the gels obtained. The structure change of dried gel on heat -treatment is studied by DTA and XRD analysis. In the meantime,the detailed X -ray diffraction data of pyrochlore and perovskite phases for KTa0.65Nb0.35O3 powders are reported for the first time.
