螺旋折叠器制造工艺技术

在烟草包装机折叠系统中最重要的零件是螺旋折叠器，为提高卷烟包装的外观质量和品牌形象，对比与分析了螺旋折叠器加工和检测的方法，研究并提出了改进后的制造工艺方法和检测方法，有效提高了螺旋折叠器的加工质量和生产效率，与以往的螺旋折叠器制造工艺又有大的飞跃，改进效果显著，该技术已应用到高速、超高速烟草包装机的制造中。

Manufacturing Process Technology of Spiral Folding System

In folding system of tobacco packaging machine, the most important part is the spiral folding device. The manufacturing of spiral folding device directly affect the quality of cigarette packing surface quality and brand image. In this paper, several processing and measuring methods were analyzed and compared. Im- proved manufacturing process and testing methods was proposed, which improved processing quality and pro- duction efficiency and showed significant effect. The technique has been applied into the manufacture of high- speed and ultra-high-speed tobacco packing machine.
