立式重离振连续选矿机的研究发明

摘    要:针对目前贫矿资源选别的大量需要,在综合分析了重力、离心力与振动力选矿的特 点上,巧妙地运用了重力、离心力和振动力等三种力的作用,并将这三种力进行了有效组合,研究提出了一种新型的选矿设备与选矿方法,并对这种设备和选矿方法的结构特点、工艺流程和原理进行了较全面论述。通过试验和理论分析,认为这种选矿设备与选矿方法打破了常规的选矿方式,对三种“力”的有效运用实现了连续选矿;且处理能力,选分效果以及处理粒度都比较可观;尤其是设备制造简单,便于操作,节能环保。于2012年取得了国家发明专利权。

Abstract:In view of the great need of present lean ore resources choose, based on the comprehensive analysis of the characters of gravity, centrifugal and vibration force ore dressing. Skillfully applies the effect of gravity, centrifugal force and vibration power, and combines three force effectively. The research puts forward a new type of mineral processing equipment and separation method, and makes a comprehensive discussion on the equipment and separation method of structural characteristics, process and principle . Through the test and theoretical analysis, it is considered that the mineral processing equipment and ore dressing methods break the conventional separation way, the effective use of three force realized the continuous separation; And processing ability, separating effect and dealing with particle size is considerable; Especially equipment manufacturing is simple and convenient, operation easily, energy conservation and environmental protection. In 2012 ,the invention won the state invention patent.
