洁厕块的配方研制

介绍了中性洁厕剂即洁厕块的研制过程。它主要以硬脂酸钠和石蜡作为产品骨架,复配入活性成分,再添加入一定量的黏结剂而组成。在配方中（质量分数）当石蜡∶硬脂酸钠=1∶10,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚-20为10%,黏结剂糊精∶聚乙烯醇=1∶2时,洁厕块成型较好,能在水中浸泡约1个月,冲洗厕所200多次,且释放活性成分均匀。

A detailed development of neutral toilet cleaning agent-toilet cleaning block is illustrated in present invention.This toilet cleaning block comprises sodium stearate and paraffin as framework,surfactant as cleaning ingredient and adhesive component to built-up.When the ratio of paraffin to sodium stearate is 1∶10,dextrin to PVA is 1∶2,plus 10% of AEO（n = 20）by weight,this toilet cleaning block showed good forming.It can be immersed in water for about one month,flushed more than 200 times while release the cleaning ingredient at a substantially constant rate at the same time.
