| 摘 要： | 结合不同工况用孟山都公司除沫器对原干吸塔所用金属丝网捕沫器进行改造，一吸塔选用ES型玻璃纤维柱式除沫器，二吸塔选用CS-ⅡP型玻璃纤维(内)-金属丝网(外)复合筒式捕沫器，干燥塔选用丝网除沫器。干燥塔同时增设塔内自动酸清洗装置。改造后不仅解决了原捕沫器效果差的问题，还简化了流程，提高了系统作业率。
