| 摘 要： | 对住区开发建设中封闭式住区带来的诸多现实问题进行了剖析,提出了应该从城市的角度建立与城市互动的住区规划观。文中从住区道路交通、公建配套设施、景观空间、住区结构与管理模式等方面建构了与城市互动的住区规划设计原则。
