高Al_2O_3含量渣系高炉冶炼工艺探讨

摘    要:针对当前高炉炼铁原料中A l2O3含量不断提高,导致炉渣中A l2O3含量也不断提高的新情况,从分析炉渣的物理化学特性入手,剖析了高A l2O3含量高炉给操作带来的危害,并分析了在高A l2O3含量条件下改变炉渣碱度、成分对高炉冶炼的影响,探讨了高A l2O3含量条件下高炉的冶炼工艺。分析表明,炉渣中A l2O3含量高时,不能通过提高碱度的方法改善炉渣的脱硫能力;适宜地提高炉渣中M gO的含量,将有助于降低炉渣粘度和提高炉渣脱硫能力,渣中适宜的M gO含量应为8%~11%;提出了合理添加M gO的新型工艺。

Abstract:New concern arises when Al_2O_3 content in slag becomes increasingly high due to increasingly more Al_2O_3 added in blast furnace(BF) raw materials at present.According to physical-chemical properties analysis of the slag,the negative effect of high Al_2O_3 content on BF running is investigated,the effect of changing slag basicity and composition on BF operation is analyzed under the condition of high Al_2O_3 content,and then the technique for BF operation with high Al_2O_3 content is discussed.The results show that,for the slag with high Al_2O_3 content,desulphurization ability of the slag cannot be improved by increasing basicity;proper addition of MgO(8%~11%) in slag is favourable to decrease slag viscosity and increase slag desulphurization ability;a new technique with proper MgO addition is proposed.
