高贝利特水泥的性能研究

摘    要:从高性能混凝土的高工作性、同强度及高耐久性3大技术要求出发,对高贝利持水泥的综合性能,如流动性、与外加剂的适应性、强度性能、水化放热特性、干缩和抗化学侵蚀性能等进行了分析与探讨,结果表明,高贝利特水泥是目前制备高性能混凝土理想的胶凝材料之一。

Abstract:Properties of high belite cement (HBC) were investigated, based on the requirements of high performance concrete (HPC), i.e., workability, strength and durability. The research results reveal that high belite cement has the advantages as follows in comparison with traditional portland cement (PC).(1) It reguires less water demand for normal consistency, and posses higher mortar flowability, more compatible with concrete admixture, and therefore offers better workability to concrete.(2) Its strength increases more rapidly in later curing period in spite of its much lower early strength. The strength of HBC at the age of 91d and 180d is over 10 MPa and 15 MPa respectively, higher than those of PC at the corresponding age.(3) At higher curing temperature, the 28d strength of HBC increases with the curing temperature, on the other hands, that of PC decreases.
