直流双臂电桥测量低电阻的误差分析

摘    要:为了避免导线电阻和接线端的接触电阻对直流电桥测量低电阻的测量结果产生较大误差,采用凯尔文直流双臂电桥测量低电阻的阻值.本文介绍了凯尔文直流双臂电桥测量低电阻及其减少附加电阻影响的原理,分析了双臂直流电桥测量低电阻的平衡方程式修正项引入的附加误差,并从桥臂电阻选择及测量方法等方面提出了减小误差的措施.实验结果表明,该测量方法能较好地减少测量误差的影响,是一种实用的测量低电阻阻值的方法.

Abstract:In order to avoid the effect of lead resistance and contact resistance in measuring low resistance with DC Wheatstone Bridge,DC Kelvin Bridge is usually used to measure the value of low resistance.The theory of measuring low resistance and reducing the effect of additive resistance was introduced.The error that was brought by the correction item of balance equation was discussed,and the methods to reduce the error were given from the aspect of selection of bridge resistance and measurement method.The experimental result indicates that the method can reduce the error on high degree and is applicable.
