接管高应变区断裂评定工程方法及失效评定曲线的研究

摘    要:采用三段幂次法则和EPRI弹塑性J积分工程估算方法,推导得到了16MnR材料的接管高应变区二维模型分段弹塑性J积分工程估算公式,同时运用有限元方法进行了计算,在此基础上建立了高应变区的失效评定曲线FAC,得到了该曲线的3大特征,并指出选择1曲线的不足。

Abstract:The elastic plastic J integral engineering estimation formulae in 2 D model segmentation in high strain zones of nozzles of 16MnR were derived by using the three power rule and the elastic plastic J integral engineering estimation method of EPRI,and the elastic plastic J integral in the 2 D model segmentation was calculated by using the finite element method,and the failure assessment curve in the high strain zones was established,the three characteristics of the curve were obtained,it is concluded that the option 1 curve is not suitable for safety assessment of crack in high strain zones of nozzles.
