石灰石石屑混凝土力学性能研究

摘    要:通过对比试验研究了石屑混凝土的力学性能。结果表明,石屑混凝土的抗压强度,劈拉强度,轴心抗压强度比普通混凝土高,弹性模量略大于普通混凝土;并认为主要原因是石屑改善了集料-浆体的界面和混凝土孔结构,增强了混凝土的密实性,以及碳酸钙细颗粒的晶核效应加速了C3S水化并避免了晶体的集中生长。

Abstract:Compared with ordinary concrete, the mechanical properties of stone-chip concrete were studied. The results showed that the strength of stone-chip concrete is higher, and the modulus of elasticity is slightly higher than that of ordinary concrete. The main reasons for the improvement are believed in that, stone chips improves the interface and pore structure, the stone-chip concrete is compacter than ordinary concrete, and the powder of calcium carbonate accelerates the hydration of C3S and avoids to form the large crystals in the interface.
