摘    要:以BaCO3、SnO2和Bi2O3为原料,采用传统固相反应法制备了具有NTC特性的BaSnO3/BaBiO3复相陶瓷。借助XRD、SEM和R-t特性测试仪,研究了该陶瓷的相结构、断面形貌及n(BaBiO3)对其电性能的影响。结果表明:随着r(BaBiO3∶BaSnO3)从0.1∶1.0增大到0.9∶1.0,样品的B25/85值从4400K降低到3000K,同时室温电阻率ρ25从106Ω·cm降低到103Ω·cm。

Abstract:Using BaCO3, Bi2O3 and SnO2 as starting materials, BaSnO3/BaBiO3 composite ceramics with NTC characteristics were prepared by conventional solid-state reaction method. The effects of phase structure, cross-section morphology and n(BaBiO3) on the electric properties of BaSnO3/BaBiO3 composite ceramics were investigated by XRD, SEM and R-t characteristic tester. The results show that when the mole ratios of BaBiO3 to BaSnO3 increase from 0.1∶1.0 to 0.9∶1.0, the B25/85 value of sample decreases from 4 400 K to 3 000 K, and meanwhile the ρ25 decreases from 106 Ω·cm to 103 Ω·cm.
