摘    要:本文用乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物(EVA)为基体,表面活化处理的超细氢氧化镁(MH)为主要阻燃剂,有机硅复合物为阻燃增效剂,制备了无卤阻燃电缆料。通过对试样的热分解分析(TG)、电子扫描显微镜(SEM)、氧指数和物理机械性能电性能的测试,结果表明:有机硅复合物与MH混合有明显的阻燃协同作用,MH的添加剂为80份时,复合材料的氧指数可达32~33;断裂伸长率达60%左右。与进口的硅酮粉相比,自制的有机硅复合物具有明显的性价比的优势,可替代使用。

Abstract:A new HFFR cable compound was prepared by using EVA as the matrix,superfine surface-properties-activated magnesium hydroxide(MH) as the main fire retardant and organic silicon composite as fire-retardant synergistic agent.Analysis was made using the TG and SEM methods and the oxygen index as well as the electrical,physical and mechanical properties were measured.The results showed that apparent fire-retardant synergism interaction exists bet-(ween) organic silicon composites and MH.At 80 parts of MH,the oxygen index can reach 32~33 and the elongation at break can reach 60%.Compared with imported silicones powder,the home-made organic composite is remarkably superior in terms of cost performance and can be substituted for the import.
