| Abstract: | Urban area has been a forbiclden zone for large blasting. Now, an example is given toillustrate how a chamber blasting with loose blasting of millisecond delay of many rows of chamberssituated on double high slopes carried out in a city area. The design principle and the construction experience in the blasting are also given. |
