| Abstract: | The features of the TECOM -60 integrated special service digital ACD (Automatic Call Distribator)system,using PCM 2.048Mbit/s digital interface,are intrducd. The basic structures of the system hardwares and the functions of the individual module are described. Thedesign features of the ACD system software and the main structures of the contrOl software andthe related medules are highlighted, Finally the applications of the ACD system are brieflymentioned. |
