摘    要:对我国塑壳断路器技术现状进行分析,着重分析了基于TI公司MsP430F167微处理器的一种塑壳断路器智能脱扣控制器的硬件模块(包括电流输入、电源,信号调理,单片机系统和工作方式等)和软件设计(包括算法分析、数据采样、频率测量、程序结构等)的原理和技术特点。最后对我国低压电器行业特别是智能塑壳断路器进行了技术和市场的展望。

Abstract:The present situation of technology for mould shell circuit breaker in China was presented. Based on TI company's MSP430F167 microprocessor,the principles and technical characteristics of the hardware modular and software design for a kind of intelligent tripping mould shell circuit breaker were analyzed emphatically, in which the hardware modular included current input, power source, signal processing, single chip processor system and its working way, and the software design included algorithm analysis, data sampling, frequency measure and program structural etc.. Finally, the prospect of technology and market for intelligent mould shell circuit breaker in China is pointed out.
