Comment on the paper by J. Thomas Joseph Prakash, S. Kumararaman, “Growth and characterization of l-asparagine thiourea monohydrate (LATM): A nonlinear optical single crystal”, Materials Letters 62(2008) 4003-4005

It is argued that the conclusion of the authors of the title paper on obtaining of a new crystal l-asparagine thiourea monohydrate is erroneous. The authors actually have obtained well known l-asparagine monohydrate crystal.
