| Abstract: | According to the world's technology development trend, it is suggested that the contents of the course "High Voltage Engineering" be reformed so as to transform it from a course only for the specialty "Electric Power Systems and their Automation" into a basic technical course for all the students in the college(or department) of graduates' knowledge and improve their working ability. |
