摘    要:针对厌氧流化床启动慢等缺点,采用递增负荷的方式进行启动,以自制载体进行实验,快速提高进水COD质量浓度。在高效传质的条件下,经过34 d系统启动成功,此时进水COD质量浓度高达4 000 mg/L左右,反应器的容积负荷达9.14kg/(m3.d),PTA废水的COD去除率达到58%,TA去除率达到45%。对载体进行扫描电镜分析(SEM)得知,微生物主要附着在载体裂缝和凹槽中,且形成的生物膜具有良好的机械性能和抗冲击负荷能力。

Abstract:In order to overcome the disadvantages of the anaerobic fluidized bed such as slow start-up,incremental loads with self-made carrier were used to increase CODcr concentration of the influent quickly.In the high mass transfer conditions,the COD concentration of influent can reach up to 4 000 mg/L after 34 days’ steady running.COD and TA removal rate of PTA wastewater can achieve 56% and 45%,respectively,at the volumetric loading rate COD of 9.14 kg/(m3·d).Scanning electron microscope(SEM) was used to analyze the morphology of the carrier.The result shows that the microorganisms mainly attach to the crack and groove of the carrier.The formed biofilm possesses good mechanical property and strong anti-impact load ability as well.
