TiO2复合催化剂固载化及处理有机废水的研究

摘    要:通过四种催化剂对废水中有机物降解活性比较,得出Ni2O2/TiO2催化活性最好。考察了用该催化剂光催化氧化处理蓖酸甲酯裂解废水时,催化剂用量、pH值、通气量、H2O2加入量与加入方式及紫外光照射时间对废水中有机物去除的最佳条件。经该方法处理后废水的CODCr去除率达98.5%。

Abstract:Comparing degradation activities of the four catalyzers to organism in waste water and the Ni_2O_2/TiO_2 is chosen. The dosage of catalyzer, pH, the amount of air pumped, the additional amount of H_2O_2, the time of ultraviolet light and the optimum conditions for removing organism in waste water are investigated when this catalyzer is used to treat methyl splitting decomposition waste water by photocatalysis oxidation. The COD_ Cr removal rate with such a treatment is 98.44 %.
