滑动轴承支承转子系统非线性不平衡响应研究

摘    要:本文使用非线性分析方法,研究了透平机械中常用的几种滑动轴承支承转子系统的非线不平衡响应问题。联立动态Reynolds方程和转子运动微分方程,通过数值逐步积分法,求解了具有大不平衡的转子的运动轨迹极限环。研究结果表明:可倾瓦轴承抑制大不平衡振动的能力最强。其次是圆轴承。而椭圆轴承和三油叶轴承较差。

Abstract:The paper studies non-linear unbalanced response of rotor system supported by sometype;of journal bearingb frequently used in turbomachinery by nonlinear analysis.Combin-ing a dynamic Reynold:equation with a rotor motion differential epuation, motional orbitlimit cycles of the rotor with a large unbalance load are bolved by means of numerical step bystep integration. The research findings show :in terms of ability to resist a large unbalancevibration,the tilting pad bearing is the best, the circular bearing is next to the tilting padbearing,and the elliptical and three-lobe bearing is next to the circular bearing.
