正交面齿轮插齿加工仿真

摘    要:从面齿轮插齿加工原理出发,提出面齿轮内外半径的确定方法。基于Auto CAD在计算机上模拟正交面齿轮插齿加工过程,对面齿轮加工过程进行仿真,可直观地观察面齿轮加工过程以及齿顶变尖和齿根根切的现象,并通过实例验证了面齿轮内外半径确定方法的正确性。

Abstract:based on the principle of the face gear shaping,this paper gave the method of determining the dimension of the face gear. The computer simulation of the helical shaping of face gear process was achieved by using Auto CAD. From the simulation,we can directly observe the shaping process of the face gear and the phenomenon of undercutting and pointing. The method of determining the inner and outer radius of the face gear is proved to be correct by successful examples.
