| Abstract: | Transportation system based on railway transport has been the effective approach of improving the urban transportation, whether it can operate effectively directly relates to the safety of millions passengers, The safety of the railway transport is a problem that calls for immediate solution. This paper briefly reports the International Electric Committee （IEC） standard, the European standard and the national standard which relates to the safety of railway transport. |
