摘    要:不同于普通线锯使用的钢丝线,采用表面具有微细槽的多股钢丝线在切割过程中便于磨粒附着和滚动,形成瞬时固结产生类似固结磨料的划刻和耕犁作用。为了深入研究不同线锯切割过程中磨粒的运动状态,使用高速摄像仪对线锯切割过程进行实时拍摄及后处理。研究表明,采用高速摄像仪拍摄线锯切割过程是可行的。通过对磨粒运动状态的分析,总结出了磨粒瞬时固结状态的2种典型方式。

Abstract:This paper introduced a new multi-string wire,whose surface is different from the normal wire. The abrasive particles are fixed instantly for removing the material by indenting of wire. In order to investigate the cutting mechanism, high-speed video recording and post-treatment were used for observing the motion performance of abrasive particles in the cutting process. This paper investigated such issues by experimental studies. Results showed that method for observing the motion performance of abrasive particles is feasible. The two typical consolidation ways of abrasive particles were summarized by analyzing the motion of the abrasive particles in the cutting process.
