膜生物反应器超声波在线清洗系统研究

摘    要:通过对超声波清洗机设计原理和超声波水处理技术,以及超声波在线清洗应用于MBR试验的研究,总结了膜生物反应器中超声波在线清洗装置设计需要考虑的几个方面。通过90d的连续性试验,表明超声频率为40kHz、超声功率为720W、每次清洗时间为5rain的超声波对振清洗对MBR膜有很好的清洗效果,超声距离对清洗效果的影响不大;在相同条件下超声清洗对PVDF膜、膜池中的微生物生长、出水水质无不良影响。

Abstract:Summarized the design of ultrasonic online cleaning equipment that needs to consider several aspects in MBR by studies the design principles of ultrasonic washing machine, ultrasonic water treatment and ultrasonic online cleaning used in MBR experimental. It is indicated that the ultrasonic frequency is 40 kHz, ultrasonic power is 720 W, each cleaning time is 5 min to the ultrasonic vibration cleaning has good cleaning effects on MBR membrane through 90 clays of continuous experiments. Ultrasonic distance has little effect on the cleaning effect. It is without any bad effects on PVDF film microorganism in pool and water quality by using the ultrasonic cleaning.
