摘    要:介绍了BP、遗传算法(GA)优化BP两种神经网络,并以此分别对沥青混合料的体积指标(VMA和VV)进行预测,实验结果表明,基于遗传算法(GA)优化BP神经网络的沥青混合料体积指标预测方法,能够使网络收敛速度加快并避免局部极小。GA-BP神经网络在收敛速度和预测精度方面均优于BP神经网络,从而为沥青混合料体积指标的预测提供了一种新思路。

Abstract:Two kinds of neural networks of BP(back programmes) and GA(genetic algorithm)-BP are introduced in this paper,and the volume index of asphalt mixture(VMA and VV) is separately forecasted.The experimental results show that,the nural network method based on the GA-BP algorithm is applied to forecast the volume index of asphalt mixture,causes the network convergence rate raised and partial to avoid being minimum.GA-BP neural network surpasses BP in aspects of convergence rate and forecast precision,thus it has provided one kind of new mentality for the volume index of asphalt mixture forecast.
