| 摘 要： | 基于DeviceNet总线在织机伺服卷取/送经中进行硬件设计,介绍了伺服卷取/送经驱动器的控制字、状态字、控制数据、状态数据和伺服定位控制功能。控制系统通过DeviceNet总线将命令控制信息、控制数据发送到伺服卷取/送经驱动器,同时通过DeviceNet总线获取伺服卷取/送经驱动器的状态信息、状态数据;最后阐述了伺服卷取/送经的总线通讯、驱动程序设计。实现了伺服卷取/送经的数字化控制,和对纬密的精确调节及对经纱张力的精确控制,自动化程度也得到提高。
