摘    要:目的:通过调查京城果蔬商户果蔬物流中的损耗,找出损耗问题的关键并提出解决方案。方法:以发放问卷的方式了解各个果蔬品种的主要损耗原因,分析不同措施对果蔬损耗的降低程度。结果:果蔬的损耗主要来自挤压碰撞造成的机械损耗和温度不适宜造成的腐烂;考虑到商户们的经济承受能力,可以采用简便、经济、有效的方法降低果蔬损耗率。

Abstract:[Objective] To find out the key to loss problem and come up with some solutions by means of surveying the fruits and vegetables logistics loss from merchants in Beijing. [Method] The main reason for loss of each variety and the reduce degree of the wastage of the fruits and vegetables from different methods were anatyzed by sending questionnaires. [Result] The main wastage of the fruit and vegetable was from extrusion of the mechanical consumption caused by collision and temperature not suitable for the cause decay. Considering the merchants' afford, they would choose the simple, economic and effective way to reduce the loss rate of fruits and vegetables.
