旧城改造中高容积率住宅的日照研究

旧城改建高容积率住宅项目目前如雨后春笋般出现在我国各地，由于这些项目功能和所处地域的复杂性，所面临的挑战日益艰巨，其中日照问题尤为突出。在此背景下，本文通过对两个代表性城市高层住宅项目由日照而带来的规划调整措施的分析，旨在为现行旧城改造中高层住宅所遇到的日照问题提供一些可行的解决方法。

Study on the Sunshine o fI-Iigh Volume Rate Houses in Transformation of Old Cities

The high volume rate houses in transformation of old cities was spring up like mushroom all over the country. As the complexity of the function and geographical feature of these projects, the challenges were increasingly difficult, in which the sunlight is particularly prominent. In this context, through the analysis of adjustment measures planned by the sunshine for two representative urban high-rise residential projects, some possible solutions were provided for the encountered sunshine o fexisting high-rise residence in the urb an redevelopment.
