摘    要:为降低丙烯酸装置精制单元的蒸汽消耗量,优化了轻组分分馏塔和乙酸塔的操作参数。结果表明,乙酸塔在塔釜温度为81.2~82.0℃条件下汽提,轻组分分馏塔在进料量为19.5t/h,回流量为70.5—71.5t/h,塔釜温度为78.0—79.0℃条件下操作,蒸汽用量可明显降低。

Abstract:In order to reduce the steam consump- tion of refining unit in acrylic acid plant, the operating parameters of light component fractional column and acetic acid column were optimized. The results showed that under the condition of the temperature at acetic acid column bottom 81.2 -82.0℃ and the feed rate 19.5 t/h,reflux rate 70.5 - 71.5 t/h,bottom temperature 78.0 - 79.0℃ of light component fractional column, the steam consumption could be reduced evidently.
