| Abstract: | In the construction practice of international projects,EPC contractor always encounters risks in respect of economy,regulations,politics,society,nature and so on.Therefore,how to effectively manage and prevent risks is critically essential for a EPC international project.The author here gives an inclusive survey for risks in EPC international projects and the prevention measures with managing experience from previously EPC international projects he has engaged. |
