| 摘 要： | 当前军队院校普遍实行饮食社会化保障,学员自主就餐,饮食健康较难保证,供应营养套餐能兼顾饮食多样性和健康营养的要求。＂构想＂主要阐述了军队院校营养餐谱系统的相关概念和意义,提出了制定营养餐谱的5项原则,分析了套餐内容和制作方法,为营养餐谱系统的设计和营养套餐的供应提供了一些有益的借鉴。 |

| Abstract: | Military academies are carrying out socialize diet support universally at present. The students＇ healthy are lack of safeguard, and the nutrition meal supply can meet the needs of dietary diversity and nutrition. The article explained some concepts and significance of nutrition, established 5 principles of designing nutrition, and analysed the nutrition＇s content and method of construction to supply some good references for the design and supply of nutrition meal. |
