正丁烷氧化制顺酐VPO催化剂单管试验研究

摘    要:放大制备了正丁烷氧化制顺酐的VPO催化剂。此催化剂在长时间单管试验中对丁烷氧化反应具有较高的催化活性,并能选择地生成顺酐。在1500—2600h-1的空速下,顺酐的空时收率为47—90克顺酐/(Lcath)。分析结果表明,经长时间运转试验,催化剂中的P/V不变,钒的平均氧化态和相组成分布与反应气氛有关。该催化剂具有良好的稳定性

Abstract:Long run experiments for the oxidation of n butane to maleic anhydride were carried out in a single tube reactor by use of the catalyst prepared in large scale The catalysts were diluted with an inert material so as to control the axial temperature changes The space time yields of maleic anhydride were 47—90g/(Lcat·h)within space velocities of 1500—2600h -1 Analysis results showed that the P/V atomic ratio of the catalyst remained constant,while the average oxidation state of vanadium and phase composition distributions along the catalyst bed were related to reaction atmosphere
