挤出铝管式电力线光缆的探讨

摘    要:介绍了挤出铝管式电力线光缆,其中光纤被直接放入一根挤出的铝管中而组成一个光纤单元,它不但可以用来制造OPGW、OPPC等架空光缆,而且也可以用来制造地下光缆和海底光缆。文章描述了这种光缆的特点,并报道了按照IEC60794和IEEE1138等标准进行的型式试验、耐腐蚀试验以及传递到支撑结构上的机械张力测试情况试验,结果表明,这种新式光缆符合国际标准,不仅保留了传统OPGW的光学机械、电气特性,而且其抗化学腐蚀、抗雷击和减缓机械张力等性能均有所提高。

Abstract:The paper introduces a new kind of optical cable which uses the technology of extruding fibers directly into aluminum tube to form a fiber unit. It can be used in OPGW, OPPC, underground as well as submarine cable. The paper describes its main characteristics, reports the pattern test, anti-corrosive test and mechanical tension test based on IEC 60794 and IEEE 1138 Standards. The results indicate that this new cable conforms to the international standard. It not only inherits mechanical and electrical characteristics from traditional OPGW, but also improves the performances of anti-chemistry corrosion, anti-lightning striking and mechanical tension.
