摘    要:阐述了真空处理用氧技术的进步,特别是从RH-OB到RH-MFB的不断改进,MFB顶枪在进行预热、吹氧脱碳及温度补偿功能并可防止处理过程中结瘤。真空处理用氧技术的进步,为我国超低碳系列纯净钢的发展奠定了基础。

Abstract:The progress of the vacuum treatment technology with oxygen is briefly introduced in this paper.Special attention is given to the development of the process from RH-OB to MFB.The MFB top lance has the functions of preheating,decarbonization via oxygen blowing and temperature compensation as well as protection against scaffold in treating process.The development of RH technology with oxygen provides the basis for improving the production of super-low carbon cleaned steel in our country.
