氮化对9Cr18摩擦学特性的影响

摘    要:设计了多种摩擦磨损试验方案,针对不同氮化工艺对9Cr18的摩擦学性能的影响进行了系统的研究.结果表明,离子氮化后的试样具有最优的综合摩擦学性能,气体氮化最差.试验还发现,在不同载荷条件下,几种氮化处理工艺对耐磨性的影响过程各不相同.离子氮化试样在磨损过程中产生的氧化物对减轻磨损有积极的作用.

Abstract:Effects of differing nitriding processes on tribological properties of 9Cr18 steel were studied by a series of experiments. It was found that samples prepared by ionitriding showed the best tribological behavior, comparing with gas nitriding and liquid nitriding. The results also revealed that mechanism of effects of differing nitriding processes on wear resistance are different. And the wear rate after ionitrided reduced because of the producing of the oxide particles on the wear track.
