间苯二酚-噁唑烷鞣性模块的合成及鞣制作用

摘    要:合成了不同反应物浓度的间苯二酚-噁唑烷鞣性模块(Tanning Matrix,TM),确定了产生TM沉淀的反应物临界浓度。研究了不同反应物浓度合成TM的鞣性及其溶解性,通过成革收缩温度(Ts)的测定考察分散剂、机械作用、温度对TM鞣制浸酸绵羊皮块的影响,并讨论了间苯二酚-噁唑烷结合鞣提高Ts的机理。结果显示:TM反应物沉淀的临界浓度为0.01mol/L;合成的TM难溶于水和有机溶剂;0.5mol/L间苯二酚和0.1mol/L噁唑烷合成的TM鞣制效果最好,收缩温度能达到75.9℃;改变鞣制条件对Ts有影响,其中鞣制温度影响最大,最佳鞣制条件下成革Ts为78.9℃。
