| 摘 要： | 三缸单作用泥浆泵排出管内的压力脉动是由流量脉动引起的,为减少压力脉动,通常在吸入或排出管路上安装空气包。在空气包的传统设计方法上做出改进,通过对泵流量曲线的研究,提出对不同λ值的泥浆泵分类计算剩余液量来设计空气包气囊体积的方法,经实验证明,该方法合理。

| Abstract: | The pressure oscillation of discharge pipe of the triplex slurry pump is caused by the flux oscillation,usually installing air-volume around inhaling or discharge pipe to reduce the pressure oscillation.Improves the traditional design method of air-volume,and put forward the new method of designing the volume of the air-volume to the slurry pump with different λ.The experiment proved that this method is reasonable. |
