| 摘 要： | 与传统的甲醇丙酮气体渗碳相比,用净化后的天然气制备的吸热式气氛对汽车齿轮等零件进行渗碳,具有使用方便、生产成本低、渗碳层不易产生非马氏体组织等优点,已成功地用于生产,具有广阔的应用前景.

| Abstract: | Compared with the traditional gas carburizing practice with methanol plus propanone,the carburizing of auto gear and other parts with the endothermic atmosphere prepared by purified natural gas has such advantages as being convenient to use,lower operating cost,no abnormal component in the carburized case and so on,and has been successfully applied to practice,and its application prospect is broad. |
