摘    要:用AlCl3、FeCl3与溴化1-烷基-3-甲基咪唑盐([Rmim]Br)合成酸性离子液体,用于催化1-丁烯齐聚反应,考察反应温度、催化剂用量、反应时间、反应压力及催化剂阴阳离子物质的量比对齐聚产物选择性的影响.结果表明,以[C4mim]Br-FeCl3为催化体系效果较佳.在室温、催化剂用量2.0 g、反应时间2 h、...

Abstract:Acidic ionic liquids were synthes!zed using AlC;3, FeCl3 and 1-alkyl-3-methy limidazolium bromide ( [ Rmim] Br) for 1-butene polymerization, The influence of reaction temperature, catalyst dosage,reactiOn time, reaction pressure and the molar ratio of anions/cations in ionic liquids on the selectivity to oligomer were investigated. The results showed that the acidic ionic liquid prepared with [ C4mim] Br and FeCl3 exhibited better selectivity. Among the products,the selectivity to C8 olefins of 0. 23% ,Cl2 olefius of40.45%, C16 olefins of 43.75% ,and C20 olefins of 15.57% were attained under the reaction condition as follows: room temperature,catalyst dosage 2:0 g, reaction time 2 h, reaction pressure O. 10 MPa, and anions/ cations molar ratio 1: 1.
