| 摘 要： | 5%Cr系钢制锻造冷轧辊在超声波探伤时发现其心部有过烧、裂纹等缺陷。分析表明,这种缺陷主要是由于锻造工艺不当,造成变形热多大所致。改进锻造工艺后,冷轧辊坯的超声波探伤合格率有了显著提高。

| Abstract: | Burnt structure and crack in the core of forged cold roll blank of 5%Cr series steel were revealed by ultrasonic test.Analysis shows that the defects originated mainly from excessive deformation heat caused by improper forging process.After improving the forging process,percent of pass of the cold roll blank increased considerably. |
