钼精矿多膛炉焙烧系统中铼走向分布的研究

摘    要:以多膛炉钼精矿焙烧系统为研究对象,研究了铼在焙砂、烟尘和淋洗液中的分布,并对铼挥发率和进入淋洗液比例高低的影响因素进行了分析。结果表明,多膛炉焙烧系统生产钼铁用氧化钼时,铼挥发率为62.4%,35.3%的铼进入淋洗液;多膛炉焙烧系统生产高溶性氧化钼时,铼挥发率为83.6%。分析表明,焙砂的氧化程度是影响铼挥发率的重要因素,相比于回转窑焙烧系统,较高的布袋收尘温度是更多的铼能够进入淋洗液的重要原因。

Abstract:Distribution characteristic of Re in roasted product, dust and spraying water was studied applying multiple hearth furnace roasting system as research object. The key factors affecting Re volatilization rate and ratio of Re dissolving into spraying water were analyzed. The results show that Re volatilization rate during roasting is 62.4% and ratio of Re dissolving into spaying water is 35.3% when the product is used to prepare ferromolybdenum. Re volatilization rate during roasting is 83.6% when the product is high solubility molybdenum trioxide. Analysis shows that oxidation degree of roasting product is the key factor affecting Re volatilization rate. Comparing with rotary kiln roasting system, higher operating temperatures of cloth dust collecting in multiple hearth furnace system bring higher dissolving ratio of Re in spraying water.
