基于平行四边形环链的旋转开合板式结构

摘    要:为提高开合结构在开启过程中的安全稳定性,提出一种绕定点旋转开合的板式结构,内部的定点可作为结构的支撑约束点. 运用欧式几何分析方法研究平行四边形环链的运动规律,发现平行四边形环链的一组角梁单元具有绕定点旋转的运动特性;据此提出以板单元替换旋转角梁单元来构造旋转开合板式结构,给出板单元分割时需满足的几何协调条件以及板单元分割线的可调整范围;阐述旋转开合板式结构开启角度、开口面积和板单元分割线倾斜方向、布置位置、形状间的内在关系,得出增加旋转开合板式结构开启角度和开口面积的方法. 研究结果可为绕定点旋转开合板式结构的设计提供参考.

Abstract:A rotary retractable plate structure (RRPS) was proposed with the fixed points as supports, to improve the safety and stability of the retractable structure during the retraction. The motion law of parallelogram closed-loop chains (PCLC) was analyzed by using Euclid geometry method, which shows that a set of the angulated beams of PCLC rotates around the fixed points. To construct RRPS, the rotation angulated beams were replaced by the plate elements. The geometrical compatibility and the adjustable range of the plate element segmentation were presented. Elaborate the relationship between the opening angle, opening area of RRPS and the inclined direction, location, shape of the plate element segmentation, and the method to increase the opening angle, opening area of RRPS was obtained. The research results can provide reference for the design of RRPS.
