合理调节收入分配差距构建社会主义和谐社会

构建社会主义和谐社会必须追求社会公平,合理的收入分配制度是社会公平的重要体现。然而现阶段却存在着收入分配不合理的现象,严重影响社会公平的实现,最终势必不利于社会主义和谐社会的建设。造成我国居民收入分配差距扩大的原因很多,主要表现在城乡二元结构中的不平等、特殊的地理位置和区域政策等方面。通过完善税收制度、社会保障制度以及加强法制建设,合理调节收入分配差距,以促进社会主义和谐社会的建设。

Rational Regulation of Income Distribution Gap and Construction of a Socialist Harmonious Society

The construction of a socialist harmonious society must be in line with the pursuit of social justice,which is supported by rational income distribution system.Nevertheless,at present,there exists the irrational distribution,seriously impacting on the realization of social justice,and not contributing to a harmonious society.The main reasons leading to the widening of income distribution gap among residents in China are manifested in the inequality in the urban-rural dual structure,special geographical locations and regional policies.By perfecting tax system,social security system,and legal system,can the gap of income distribution be regulated and a harmonious society be built.
