摘    要:合成了3,4,5-三甲氧基苯甲醛缩乙醇胺席夫碱,并对其进行了结构表征,初步确认了其组成,抑菌实验表明该席夫碱对枯草杆菌、大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、革兰氏阴性细菌(发荧光Q67)均有较好的抑制作用。

Abstract:2-(3,4,5-Trimethoxybenzylidene)-amino-ethanol has been synthesized and its composition and structure has been characterized by elemental analysis, IR,MS and ()~1H NMR. This compound is a new Schiff base. Its antibacterial activities have been tested. The results show that this new Schiff base can inhibit five kinds of bacteria.
