| Abstract: | To do well the control work of construction cost was of great importance to ensuring smoothly running of a general contract project. It considered that the construction cost should be effectively controlled in the overall process of the general contract project management. Taking a case for example, it presented the construction cost control status in the stages of implementation and completion settlement of the project in detail. |
